6. Kitchen: We will need to use a small
amount of your kitchen counter space and sink for preparation and clean up.
7. Getting your home ready for the
party: children participate in games, a craft session, beauty session, dress up session and a tea party. Think about where you would like for these activities to take place in your home (kitchen
table, dinning room table, family room, craft session can be held on the floor). These
areas should be clear and free of any obstacles that could potentially cause harm to any of the guests, i.e. large vases,
flower pots on floor. Is there a full-length mirror handy? Children will love
to admire themselves as they dress. Dresses are hung on a door or sturdy curtain
rod using a portable “over door” hanger. So access to a closet or
bathroom door during dress up would be helpful as well.
8. Child Behavior: We promote good behavior amongst children, however we may ask for your assistance if, in the unlikely
event, a child may potentially disrupt the party.
9. Cake: Although we try to make our
parties “hassle free” for the hostess, we do ask that the hostess supply the cake (due to the nature of
our business) and paper plates for cake only/forks (if our plates are used, they would have to be washed in your
home prior to packing).
10. Boombox.
Please have a portable boombox handy for use. We usually move between rooms so a portable/carry boombox would be
helpful. If this is not available, please let us know.
