Policy:  Deposits, Payments and Cancellations

Policies

 

Deposits and payments:  Once you have selected your party date, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your party will be essential to confirm and secure your reservation (please make check payable to Aida Klun). Your deposit must be returned with a signed contract.  The balance will be due on the day of your event.  We gladly accept cash, money orders, or personal checks.

Cancellations:             

Notification 15 days prior to event – your deposit will be refunded in full (minus a $50 cancellation fee)

                                   

Notification less then 15 days prior to event – no refund will be made.  However we will gladly work with you to choose an alternative date for your event. 

 

Cancellation on the party of Absolutely Fabulous Princess Tea Parties due to an unforeseen emergency/inclement weather:  an alternative date will be offered

 

Liability:  Absolutely Fabulous Princess Tea Parties assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. Your hostesses will ensure that you are provided with the utmost professional service and work with you to ensure that your home is treated with care.

 

Final Head Count:  We will contact you at least four days prior to your event to review the headcount on your RSVP list.  Our final invoice will be based on your final headcount.
